Duck pan; All frosting star-piped except for water and bubbles at the base.

Trent's 3rd birthday - Castle cake - July 2007

Bottom - 2 10" square pans; Top - 2 9" round pans; All frosting star-piped; Towers created with 5 cupcakes topped with ice cream cones; Windows and drawbridge made from Trader Joes dark chocolate truffle bar; Water made from blue cellophane over aluminum foil; Assorted candies and character miniatures.

The frosting began to melt in the July heat and things got a bit dicey for some of the sides of the towers.

1 Sheet cake (Carrot cake), divided and reattached to look like two cards; All frosting (cream-cheese) star-piped except for the Heart and Jack outline drawn freehand with black frosting.
